The course provides an intensive training on how to draft the techno - legal documents (provisional/complete specification) as per the patent act 1970 and the preparation of necessary forms for patent filing.
The course also provides an intensive training to Patent Agent Aspirants and provides the insights of the Important Sections and rules of the Indian Patent Act 1970.
The International procedure for filing patent applications such as patent cooperation treaty (PCT) route is also carried out during the course.
