    • PDCOR Limited, the Project Development Company jointly promoted by Government of Rajasthan with Principal Secretary - Finance, Govt of Rajasthan as its Chairman was established in 1997 headquartered at Jaipur. PDCOR LIMITED, an ISO 9001:2015 certified and QCI-NABET accredited Company.

    It is jointly promoted by Government of Rajasthan (GoR) and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS). Since its inception in 1997, PDCOR has a strong completed project portfolio numbering 109 projects with an aggregated project cost of INR 4,47,290 Crores (Approximately USD 54 Billion) across multiple sectors in India. PDCOR has a strong ongoing project portfolio comprising about 35 projects/ programs with an aggregated project cost of Rs 5500 Crores.

    The spectrum of services being provided by PDCOR from concept to commissioning of projects covers Feasibility Studies, Project Design/Detailed Project Reports, Financial and Transaction Advisory, Infrastructure Advisory, Project Management Consultancy Services in the sectors of Tourism, Urban Renewal / Development, Water Resources And Water Supply, Roads & Transport Services, Environment Services, Health Sector, Power Sector, Industrial Development, Institutional Development & GIS and Remote Sensing.
