In order to ensure transparency and to provide a mechanism to staff and students for redressal of their Grievance, Anna University has to establish a mechanism for Grievance Redressal Committee and OMBUDSMAN, vide reference cited.

In this regard, a new Standing University Grievance Redressal Committee consisting of the following members is constituted as per the AICTE - "12.0 - Guidelines for establishment of Grievance Redressal Mechanism". This committee shall enquire into the grievances of the Staff (Teaching & Non-Teaching) and Students of the Constituent Colleges.

The Convenor of the Committee is requested to convene the meeting and enquire into the grievances of the Staff (Teaching and Non-Teaching) and Students of the Constituent Colleges and submit specific remarks for consideration by the University within the frame work of the rules and regulations of the University and also within the functional academic ethics.
