Apple Staff Development Online provides an array of self-paced courses designed to help educators integrate technology into teaching and learning. Each course consists of an interactive, online tutorial, a hands-on course project, and a forum for discussion with fellow students and with the course mentor.

Apple Education Grants have historically addressed such issues as software development, equal access to technology for all children, the creative integration of computers into daily classroom subjects, and using computers as tools to access information and to connect students with others around the world. The program is on hold for now, but you can still get an update on some amazing projects still underway!

Apple Distinguished Educators (ADE) and Apple Distinguished Schools (ADS) are two of several Apple Advocate programs. The first recognizes individuals; the second, institutions. ADEs can beta test our technologies and advise us about our products. ADSs teach us about educational issues and demonstrate to visitors how schools best use technology.
