GEOHORIZON

       Geohorizon is a national level technical symposium conducted annually by the Society of Geoinformatics Engineers. Initiated in 2005, it is one of the first geosptial symposiums to be organized and held in India. It is a flagship event that aims to exhibit the talents of potential novices in the geospatial domain. It also acts as a platform to induce team spirit among the students and helps them to build connections by participating in various events and workshops. It has a nationwide reach with many industries and institutes that connect the students of both undergraduate and postgraduate level. For the past sixteen editions, GeoHorizon has been a platform for the young enthusiasts to explore the depths of the latest geospatial technologies, and has also brought together and honoured the contribution professional students in the field of Remote Sensing and GIS.
